As a result, delivery times may vary depending on the item ordered and destination.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging

As many of our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners, return addresses may vary by item and location.


How to Start a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will provide return instructions and confirm the appropriate return address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
