At Nuvamo, we design pieces to be lived with and loved for years to come. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

A Thoughtful Returns Process

In line with UK consumer regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Kindly include:

• Your order number
• A brief note explaining your reason for return
• Photographs of the item in its original condition

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth and secure return.

Condition of Returned Items

To maintain the quality and integrity of our collection, returned items must be:

• Unused and unassembled
• In original packaging with all protective materials intact
• In resaleable condition

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping

As many of our pieces are crafted to order and shipped directly from our specialist partners, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Due to the size and weight of furniture items, return courier costs may range between £60–£150+, depending on location and product dimensions.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure safe transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this promptly, please provide:

• Clear photographs of the item
• Images of the packaging
• The courier label

Once reviewed, we will arrange either:

• A complimentary replacement, or
• A full refund, including delivery charges

Your experience with Nuvamo matters deeply to us, and we will prioritise resolving the matter swiftly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm approval and process your refund within 5–10 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Natural Materials & Character

Many Nuvamo pieces feature natural stone, solid wood or handcrafted finishes. Subtle variations in:

• Tone
• Veining
• Texture
• Organic markings

are inherent qualities of these materials and contribute to their individuality. These characteristics are not considered defects, but a reflection of authentic craftsmanship.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Orders may be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production or dispatch may already be in progress and cancellation may not be possible.
